The House
Casa la Sirena is a beautifully renovated patio house centrally located in Vejer's Old Town, blending modern Moroccan style with original Andalusian features. Spread across several levels, the house offers four bedrooms, three bathrooms, an independent apartment, an internal glass-roofed patio, two kitchens, generous living spaces and a spectacular 95m² private roof terrace with panoramic views over the Atlantic coast and toward Morocco.

Living Spaces
The main house opens into a bright internal patio covered by a glass skylight, creating a light and welcoming central space. The patio has seating and dining space, traditional tile flooring and Moroccan-style details. On this level there is also a king bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, the main living space is arranged around the patio. There is a large open-plan living room, dining area and kitchen, designed for relaxing, cooking and entertaining. Three Juliette balconies bring in plenty of natural light and overlook the street. This floor also has two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and a shared bathroom.

Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering stays — with quality appliances, ample worktop space, and everything you need to cook and entertain. Traditional wooden cabinetry and Moroccan tile details give it warmth and character. A second kitchenette on the ground floor adds extra convenience for larger groups.

The Roof Terrace
The private roof terrace is one of the highlights of the house. At approximately 95m², it offers generous outdoor space for sunbathing, dining and relaxing. There is a summer kitchen, utility area, BBQ space and built-in seating. From the terrace, guests can enjoy panoramic views over Vejer, the Atlantic coast, Morocco and the Rif Mountains.

Bedrooms
Casa la Sirena has four bedrooms spread across the house, sleeping up to eight guests. Each room is individually styled with quality linens, fitted wardrobes and thoughtful details.

Bathrooms
The bathrooms combine traditional craftsmanship with modern comfort — stone sinks and quality fittings throughout. Hot water is plentiful and towels are provided.

Guest Access
Guests will have private access to the entire main house, the apartment including the internal patio, bedrooms, living areas, kitchens and the private roof terrace with outdoor kitchen and BBQ area. The house is arranged over several levels with stairs between the apartment, patio, first-floor living spaces and roof terrace. Public parking is available nearby, and the house is within walking distance of shops, restaurants, cafés and the old town’s main attractions.
